Specialists are The “True Problem Solvers”. Specialists understand how objects work and they are systematic, resourceful and gain satisfaction from successful project completion. They are task-focused with great attention to detail. Specialists are critical thinkers who are often mechanically inclined- the Mr. or Ms. Fix-It. They usually have a knack for seeing and understanding how things operate. Specialists hold titles like technician, contractor or operator and work in the construction and manufacturing industries or other trades. Other titles include architects, surveyors, receptionists, beauticians, technical drafters, plumbers, laborers, millwrights, journeymen, CNC Operators, phlebotomists, mechanics, therapists, and technicians.
